In the polycarbonate solid sheet export industry, we understand that exceptional product performance deserves equally professional packaging protection. After in-depth research into global supply chain challenges, we are pleased to introduce our Four-Tier Standardized Packaging System — a comprehensive solution addressing the three core vulnerabilities in long-distance transport: surface scratching, moisture ingress, and structural deformation.
Our Four Packaging Tiers:
1. Standard Export Packing
Standard Export Packing: Both sides PE protective film + pallet packing + stretch film wrapping.
Our default configuration for bulk full-container-load (FCL) shipments. Every sheet leaves our factory with double-side PE film coverage, flat-stacked on wooden pallets, and secured with stretch film wrapping to prevent shifting during ocean transit.
2. Premium Export Packing
Standard export packing with PE masking film on both sides, kraft paper interlayer, wooden pallet, and stretch wrap.
Designed for high-end architectural and optical-grade applications where surface perfection is critical. The kraft paper interlayer adds an extra barrier against micro-abrasion between panels, ensuring pristine condition upon arrival.
3. Fumigated Wooden Crate Packing
Export fumigated wooden crate packing available upon request.
Ideal for small-batch, high-value orders or destinations with strict unloading requirements. All wooden crates are properly treated to meet international export standards for seamless customs clearance worldwide.
4. Bulk Container Loading
Bulk loaded flat in container with corner protection and secured by straps.
Engineered for oversized or custom-dimension panels that cannot be palletized. Sheets are positioned flat inside the container with reinforced corner guards and locked in place with heavy-duty cargo straps to eliminate flexing or edge damage.
Why We Upgraded: From Generic to Specific
Industry-wide, vague descriptions like "pallet packing" remain common. We believe packaging is the final stage of quality control, not a logistics afterthought. That is why we specify exact configurations on every quotation and packing list — allowing procurement teams to verify protection levels against their receiving standards and insurance requirements before shipment.
Core Protection Commitments
Anti-Scratch: Double-side PE film coverage, with optional kraft paper interlayer for premium grades
Moisture-Proof: Full stretch film sealing to resist sea salt and humidity during ocean freight
Anti-Deformation: Flat stacking, corner reinforcement, and strap locking for load stability
Export Ready: All wooden packaging properly treated for seamless global customs clearance
What This Means for Our Customers
"We shouldn't discover scratches or warping only during receiving inspection. When a supplier's packaging description is detailed enough, we can confirm protection adequacy before placing the order."
